Bradley Hall Ballroom, Center and North Reception Halls, (Top Floor)

Bradley Hall Ballroom and adjoining spaces (top floor) Receptions: (up to 250 guests).
Includes: Bradley Hall (Grand Ballroom), and Center Reception Hall (bar and other services area).  For receptions larger than 150 guests, or bridal events with both ceremony and reception, the adjoining third floor North Reception Hall is also available. Standard event length is 4 hours, not including set-up and tear-down / clean-up. Standard seating for receptions is 60” round tables, 8 guests per table. “Head Table” arrangements available upon request. 

Our pricing for fomal events is very competetive, and services can be customized to your specific requirements. Please note that Bradley Hall Ballroom is not available as a basic "Room Rental only" for formal events.

Ceremonies can be conducted in the Bradley Hall Ballroom, or North Reception Hall. Maximum ceremony seating capacity (theatre style) is 200 for Grand Ballroom, or 120 for North Reception Hall. Room rental charges for ceremony includes dressing room facilities for bridal party, and up to one hour for rehearsal prior to day of ceremony and onsite coordinator for bridal ceremony activities to insure that ceremony activities including timing of music, entrance of the participants, and other critical activities flow smoothly and seamlessly.

Your day is our day. Note that we book only one bridal event per day in Bradley Hall Ballroom, so clients are not rushed to either start, or complete an event ahead of or behind another party on the same day.

Basic Room rentals includes the following, regardless of event size:

  • Creative Arts and Event Center staff set-up tables and chairs.
  • Standard tables (60” round, 8 guest per table) and standard seating as provided, head table arrangements available on request.
  • Available for set-up prior to event. All events normally conclude by 11 P.M. on Friday / Saturday, 9 P.M. on Sunday

Basic Room rental charges when quoted separately do not include:

  • Table linens, serving ware, or other equipment /accessories needed for banquet service (these are included in full service per-person quotes).
  • Staffing charge to support bar and or banquet services including table dressing, decorating, guest service during the event, and post event clean-up.
  • Room or table decorations / centrepieces.
  • Charges associated with bar service
  • Sales Tax
