Creative Arts Gallery Hall (main floor) receptions (up to 120 guests). Includes: Creative Arts Gallery (exhibit) Hall, with potential overflow of some activities, e.g. buffet tables, to adjacent J. Ward Walker Room for events scheduled after normal daytime building business hours. Wedding ceremonies are not normally held in the Creative Arts Gallery Hall, except for “cabaret style, where a standard reception seating plan (60” round tables, 8 guests per table) is used for both the ceremony and reception. Please call for any additional charges that may apply for addition of a ceremony to reception in the Creative Arts Gallery Hall.
The Creative Arts and Event Center offers flexible rental and service options for clients.
Full Service options are the ultimate in convienance for our clients.
We have everything ready for you and your guests on arrival, and clean-up when all is done. Pricing will be based on day of week, number of attendees, length of event, food choices made etc. We quote a per-person cost based on your requirements that includes everything except bar service options and applicable taxes.
Basic Room rentals includes the following, regardless of event size:
- Creative Arts and Event Center staff set-up tables and chairs.
- Standard tables (60” round, 8 guest per table) and standard seating as provided, head table arrangements available on request
- Available for set-up prior to event. All events normally conclude by 11 P.M. on Friday / Saturday, 9 P.M. on Sunday
Basic Room rental charges do not include:
- Table linens, serving ware, or other equipment /accessories needed for banquet service (these are included in full service per-person quotes).
- Room or table decorations / centrepieces.
