When considering bridal events at the Creative Arts and Event Center, two options are available. Bradley Hall (our formal Ballroom and reception area), and the Creative Arts Gallery Hall / J.Ward Walker Room (for a more casual atmosphere). 

We do only one formal bridal or banquet event per day in Bradley Hall and the Creative Arts Gallery / J. Ward Walker room, so our clients won't feel rushed in between another event just before or after in the same space.

You are special and unique, like every bridal event we do! No two bridal events are ever the same, so we will tailor a quote for your bridal event based on the best combination of services that fit both your desires, and your budget. We are happy to share a no obligation estimate for your special occasion once we have an opportunity to learn about your requirements and ideas. Please call or email for more information. Note that for all bridal events, we specialize in full service. We do not offer space for bridal events as room rentals only. 

Whether a large formal and elegant party up to 250 guests, an intimate affair for 50, or something in-between, we offer a variety of menu, decorative, and service options tailored to your specific requirements and budget. 

Rooms for full service events for either floor includes the following, regardless of event size: (note: All banquet and reception events are full service only).

  • Standard tables (60” rounds for guests, 8 guest per table, buffet serving tables, gift tables) and standard seating as provided, head table arrangements available on request.
  • Standard maximum event time of 4 hours, plus room open up to 2 hours hours prior to event for client to add any personal items included in the set-up. If additional time is required for client or client's vendors to set-up or access the space additional charges may apply for staff to open the building. On day of event, the event time begins either at the pre-agreed time, or when the first guests arrive, whichever is earlier. All events normally conclude by no later than 11 P.M. on Friday / Saturday, 9 P.M. on Sunday

Our complete package of services includes:

  • Food service per menu selection and catering service chosen
  • Linens, serving ware, or other equipment /accessories needed for banquet service
  • Staffing, including any special planning or coordination of ceremonies, bartenders, staff required to set-up tables, chairs, table dressing for banquet, provide guest service during the event, tear-down and clean-up for the event post event.
  • Room or table decorations / centrepieces if applicable.
  • Full bar options, including cash and host bar.
